Please note that all expenses related to shipping, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable after payment. Additionally, any costs associated with return shipping and customs duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

At Betta La Betta, we take pride in our individual approach to each order. We pay special attention to crafting each dress, so our production process may take anywhere from 7 to 10 business days, depending on the complexity of the order and the availability of all necessary information.

For ready-to-ship items available in our inventory, order processing takes up to 2 business days. Please note that our items may be shipped from different warehouses located in Poland or Ukraine.

Once your order is dispatched to your country's post office, please expect delivery within 5-7 business days. We ship using the 'Delivery at Place' method, requiring the recipient's signature. Changing the delivery method without a signature releases us from responsibility for any potential parcel losses.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Betta La Betta is not liable for delays caused by local disruptions.

Our delivery time starts from the moment the order is accepted and includes a processing and dispatch period of up to 24 hours. During sales periods, this may take longer.

After shipment, you will receive a notification with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your parcel's movement.

Worldwide Delivery:
Standard Shipping ($15): 1 business day for order processing, 7-10 business days for production, and then 5-7 business days delivery.

All orders over $500 have Free Shipping.
